This is a really good example of what a cosmetic change can do for a detached garage. Replacing an old garage door, adding an attractive copper roof over the door, and bringing the overall exterior finishes up to today’s low maintenance free materials make it rewarding for curb appeal and overall client happiness.
All the trim is pvc or Boral, both the best low maintience products on the market today. The siding is Hardiplank, a great concrete siding material that I have on my own home. The change is dramatic, and I would like to thank Jim Irby, the architect, for his design and drawings.
